Asphalt Mixing plant dust Feature : 

The production process of the asphalt mixing plant : mixing, drying and screening of raw materials. The processed stones and asphalt are loaded into the drum and heated, and the aggregate, lime powder and hot asphalt are mixed to form an asphalt concrete product. During this process, a large amount of smoke and dust will be produced. The temperature of the dust and smoke is as high as 120℃-220℃, the humidity is 5-15%, the dust concentration is below 30g/m⊃3;, and the dust diameter is between 10-15μm. Due to the dust characteristics of the asphalt mixing plant, the dust bag made of aramid is the most suitable filter material for the asphalt mixing plant.
