Aokai Envirotec low emission, low energy consumption, flue gas dedusting system expert. The whole set of filter cloth (polyester, acrylic, PPS, Teijin aramid, DuPont aramid, China aramid, P84, PTEE, glass fiber) are customized and carefully selected according to your dust collector type, dust concentration, dust composition and dust characteristic, so as to meet your needs to control dust emissions and extend service life.

Careful production, perfect quality, stable performance
The weight deviation of all our products is ±2% that improvement the use of products in process of uneven air permeability and reduce the service life. Filter cloth production uses double lapping and carding approach that finishes the final product in one single pass. All fiber will enter the feeding equipment, going through processes of scattering, mixing, carding, lapping and re-scattering. Punching will make the layers of fiber and scrim to inter-penetrate, forming semi-finished filter felt. High temperature treatment will then stabilize the shape and size of the felt.

In Aokai Envirotec, the felt may be further processed by pressing, coating, dipping, membrane-laying, or waterproof treatment according to particular requirements of customers.
