Antioxidant protection measures of PPS filter bag

1. Establish and maintain protective layer

Flue gas isolation is an effective measure of direct contact with dust bag.

(1) Dust protection layer: The filtration of dusty gas mainly depends on the dust layer, and the initial dust layer plays an important role than the filter cloth. While greatly improving the dust removal efficiency, the direct contact between the flue gas and the filter bag is isolated to protect the filter bag. So, protecting the first layer of dust protects the bag from damage.

(2) Surface treatment of filter materials: post-treatment of filter bag on some surfaces will directly affect the harmful components in the flue gas (including oxygen) and filter materials, causing damage.

2. Reduce the oxygen content and dosage of compressed air

The oxygen content in the air is 21%, which is quite high. Therefore, reducing this part of the oxygen content is an important aspect.

(1) The use of low oxygen ash removal compressed air source: if the use of compressed nitrogen ash removal, the oxygen content in the flue gas will not increase or even decrease.

(2) The use of high voltage pulse ash: because of the high pressure of compressed air, large flow rate and small flow rate, if the auxiliary online mode, compressed air consumption is much smaller.

(3) Reduce the number of injection: the pressure difference control method is generally more scientific than the sequential control, which can reduce the number of pulse injection. Fewer jets means less compressed air.

(4) Reduce the residence time of compressed air: online cleaning can greatly shorten the reaction time, offline mode can reach several minutes.

(5) Reduce leakage rate: improve the quality of manufacturing and installation and seal effect, reduce air mixing.

3, pps filter bag increase diversion flow

Increase the diversion flow. In fact, the demand for... has actually decreased.

(1) Online ash removal: In order to increase the diversion flow, it is necessary to use online ash removal. Because the smoke exhaust channel of the warehouse is cut off, the off-line ash cleaning can not replenish the smoke, and the drainage effect is not ideal.

(2) Install the appropriate Venturi nozzle. Venturi has two functions: one is to increase displacement; One is to keep the cleaning pressure transferred to the bottom of the filter bag, which has a great impact on the ratio of displacement to air injection volume. After the compressed air is injected into the Venturi nozzle, the Venturi nozzle acts like a spray pump, creating negative pressure inside the filter bag through a high-speed jet. As a result, gas equivalent to 80% of the pulse air volume can be pumped from the upper part of the filter bag to generate negative pressure through the Venturi nozzle.

(3) The use of small diameter filter bag: increase the specific surface area of the filter bag. When the distribution ratio is the same, the volume decreases and the amount of compressed air required decreases.

4, control the operation at the appropriate temperature

Low temperature is the condition of oxidation reaction, so that the dust collector inlet temperature as low as possible. Taking heat protection measures can make a bigger difference. But the temperature should not be too low, should reach the dew point temperature. In addition, moisture will form dew, and water vapor will be absorbed by the powder on the surface of the filter bag, making the powder layer sticky and difficult to clean. In severe cases, steam reacts with powder cake, resulting in acid corrosion of dust collection bag and dust collection box.
