Different Filter cloth performance and adapt to working conditions


PAN Acrylic Filter Cloth  (AC) 

125-150 ℃

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous working temperature is less than 125and the instantaneous temperature does not exceed 150. The oxidation resistance is general, the PH value range is 6-13, and the relative humidity is less than 5%.

Used for dust collection under working conditions such as detergent and coal powder


Polyester Filter Cloth (PE)

130-150℃

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous temperature is less than 130 and does not exceed 150 in an instant. It has good oxidation resistance, general acid and alkali resistance, PH value range: 4-12, relative humidity <4%, expected at higher temperatures Life is affected by the moisture content of flue gas

Used in mining, limestone powder, cement raw meal, mills, packaging, etc.; in the iron and steel industry, ironmaking, continuous casting, sintering, electric furnace dust removal, alumina transportation, electrolytic aluminum flue gas, non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas, and Dust collection in wood processing, grain processing, pharmaceutical and other industries


Polyphenylene sulfide Filter Cloth (PPS)

160-190℃

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous temperature is less than 160 and the instantaneous temperature does not exceed 200. Poor oxidation resistance, excellent resistance to acid and alkali, PH value range: 1-14, relative humidity>30%

Used for dust collection of low-oxygen flue gas in coal-fired boilers, garbage incineration, metal smelting, chemical industry, etc.

 

Meta-Aramid Filter Cloth (Nomex)

204-250℃

It is suitable for working conditions with continuous temperature less than 204 and no more than 250 in an instant, with general anti-oxidation ability, PH value range: 5-9, relative humidity <10%, and its performance is affected by water content at higher temperatures

 Suitable for dust collection in asphalt mixing, non-ferrous metal smelting, ceramics, glass, cement industry kiln head (grate cooler), steel plant blast furnace gas and other working conditions


Polyimide Filter Cloth (P84)

240-260℃

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous temperature is less than 240, and the instant does not exceed 260, the oxidation resistance is general, the PH value range: 3-13, relative humidity <25%

Used for the collection of corrosive flue gas in chemical industry, metal smelting, garbage incineration, cement kiln tail, coal-fired boiler, etc.


Polytetrafluoroethylene Filter Cloth (PTFE)

240-260℃

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous temperature is less than 240 and the moment does not exceed 260. It has excellent resistance to various chemical corrosion. PH value range: 1-14, relative humidity>30%, filter material has excellent dust removal performance

Used in the chemical industry, coal-fired boilers, garbage incineration, non-ferrous metal smelting and other high-corrosive high-temperature flue gas dust collection.


Fiberglass Mixed Filter Cloth (FMS )

260-280℃ 

It is suitable for working conditions where the continuous working temperature is less than 260 and the moment does not exceed 280, with good oxidation resistance, PH value range: 4-9, relative humidity 55%

Used for high-temperature flue gas collection in cement, coal-fired boilers, garbage incineration, steel-making electric furnaces, blast furnace gas, ferroalloy furnaces, etc.
