Faults and troubleshooting methods of pulse bag filter

(1) Large running resistance

　　The reasons may be: 1 condensation paste bag; 2.the pulse valve is not operating or damaged; 3.the compressed air pressure is too low; 4.the increase valve is not tightly closed during the operation of the pulse valve; 5.one or more increase valves are in a closed state.

Cleaning methods: 1.Block the air leakage to increase the flue gas temperature, strengthen ventilation, and do a good job of insulation of the dust collector and pipeline; 2.Maintain or change the pulse valve; 3.Check the air circuit and air compressor; 4.Check the increase valve and the ash cleaning controller .

　　(2) The pulse valve does not work

　　 The reasons may be: 1. power failure or failure of the ash cleaning controller; 2. there is debris in the pulse valve, which always leaks; 3. the pulse valve coil is burned out; 4. the compressed air pressure is too low.

　　Cleaning method: 1.Restore power supply or repair the ash cleaning controller; 2. Carefully arrange the pulse valve; 3. Change the solenoid pulse valve coil; 4. Check the gas system and compressor.

　　(3) The raising valve does not work

The reasons may be: 1. power failure or failure of the cleaning controller; 2. the cylinder is broken or stuck; 3. the cylinder solenoid reversing valve coil is burned out; 4. the cylinder solenoid valve is too dirty, the air exchange port is blocked or the valve core is dry and cannot move ; 5. The compressed air pressure is too low.

　　Cleaning method: 1.Restore power supply or repair the ash cleaning controller; 2.Check, arrange and repair the cylinder carefully; 3.Change the solenoid valve coil; 4.Check the gas system and compressor.

　　(4) Avoid damage to the filter bag

　　 Under normal circumstances, the dust filter bag is gradually damaged within the service life, mainly due to the abrasion of dust, high temperature and high humidity caused by the filter material degeneration. The dust collector cannot use the damaged filter bag for operation, otherwise it will affect the dust removal effect.
