Five Kinds of Boiler dust filter bag materials

Boiler special filter bag material is divided into two categories: boiler special series (medium temperature, high temperature and strong high temperature resistant filter material) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite fiber filter material series.

I .  Special series filter material for boiler

(1) Special filter material for medium temperature boiler: gram weight: 800g/m2, fiber layer/base cloth: PPS+glass fiber/glass fiber base cloth. Thickness: 2.5mm thick. Working temperature: 160-190. Post-processing method: PTFE processing.

(2) Special filter material for high temperature boiler: gram weight 800g/m2, fiber layer/base cloth: P84+PPS+glass fiber, thickness: 2.5mm, working temperature: 190-220, post-treatment method: PTFE treatment.

(3) Special filter material for high temperature resistant boiler: gram weight: 800g/m2, fiber surface layer/base cloth, thickness 2.5mm, working temperature: 220-350, post-treatment method: PTFE post-treatment.

II. PTFE composite fiber series: (1) P84+PTFE needle-punched filter felt: 

[1] P84+PTFE/PTFE base fabric. Weight: 650g/m2, thickness: 2.4mm, working temperature: 260-280, post-treatment method: PTFE treatment.

[2]P84+PTFE/glass fiber base fabric. Weight: 800g, thickness: 2.4mm, working temperature: 260-280, post-treatment method: PTFE treatment.

III. PPS+PTFE needle punched filter felt:

[1] PPS+PTFE/PTFE base fabric, weight: 600g, thickness: 2.4mm, working temperature 190-210, post-treatment method: PTFE treatment.

[2] PPS+PTFE/PPS base fabric, weight: 600g, thickness: 2.0mm, post-treatment method: PTFE treatment.

IV. 100% PTFE high temperature and acid and alkali resistant needle felt:

[1] PTFE surface layer/PTFE base fabric: weight: 650g, thickness: 2.0mm, working temperature: 240-260. 

[2] PTFE surface layer/glass fiber base cloth: weight: 650g, thickness: 1.1mm, working temperature: 240-260.

V. Polytetrafluoroethylene short fiber and glass fiber surface layer composite high temperature resistant needle-punched felt:

[1]PTFE+glass fiber/PTFE base fabric, weight: 650g, thickness 1.2mm, working temperature: 240-260.

[2] PTFE+glass fiber/glass fiber base fabric, gram weight: 650g, thickness: 1.4mm, working temperature: 240-260.
