The Feature of P84 Dust Filter Bags

P84 dust filter bag has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, flexural resistance, etc., after different surface chemical treatments and finishing technologies, it also has the functions of easy dust removal, water and oil resistance, and is suitable for 200 °C- 300°C series products.

The flexural resistance and peeling strength of the P84 dust filter bag have been significantly improved, and it can bear a high filtering load. The filtering speed can reach 1.5 m/min or higher or higher, and the running resistance is low. Compared with synthetic chemical fiber high temperature resistant filter material, it overcomes the weakness of chemical fiber filter material such as elongation, large deformation, low temperature resistance and poor corrosion resistance. The size is stable, the strength is good, and the price is lower than other high temperature resistant chemical fibers. It is widely used in steel, non-ferrous smelting, chemical, carbon black, building materials, power and other sectors.

Technical characteristics of P84 dust filter bag in the application of blast furnace gas purification:

◇It has a very low running resistance and adapts to the change of the air volume of the blast furnace fan.

◇Long service life and cost-effective is much superior to the glass fiber needle felt filter material. It is about 10-20% higher than the cost of fiberglass needle felt, but its service life is more than twice as high under the same working conditions.

◇It can bear a higher filtering load, and the gas filtering load can reach 60-90m3/hour.

◇Can withstand higher gas temperature. Under normal circumstances, the operating temperature can be controlled at 240℃-260℃, and some varieties can withstand a high temperature of 280℃ instantly.

◇High filtration efficiency, the dust content of gas after purification and filtration is generally less than 35mg/m.
