Dust removal filter bag materials can be divided into: waterproof, oil proof, anti-static, acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and other performance materials.

Deep filter materials, such as needled felt filter bag, have the same particle size as dust materials. In the filtering process, dust needs to form a porous dust layer on the surface of the filter material before it can achieve better supercooling performance. Dust in filtering is easy to embed in the pores of the filter material, and the air inducability of the dust collector bag is reduced, resulting in the rise of over Yang force. However, the efficiency of the filter cloth is significantly improved in the cleaner state, and the fiber thickness, needling density and compactness (gram weight) directly affect the filtration performance of the filter cloth.

The surface of the material surface is ultrafine red dimension layer or ultrafine pore film, micropore diameter is smaller than the particle size of the flue gas dust, dust is arrested on the surface of the filter material when the flue gas is distributed, the dust collection efficiency of the surface filter material is high, and the effect of cleaning is good. All kinds of coated filter media belong to this class. The surface filter material of the dust removal filter bag adopts gradient fiber layer structure, also known as gradient filter material. Its radial section shows that the front layer is microfiber, the back layer is coarse fiber layer, and the fiber is gradually expanded tubular trapezoid structure in accordance with the direction of the air flow. Experiments show that this material has high efficiency, low resistance and good dust removal effect. Spiny cloth, gradient fiber composite filter media are of this kind. At present, this kind of filter material develops rapidly. Spunlaced fiber and other fiber fineness difference of several times, filter material filtration performance is worth looking forward to, its advantage is that the effect of capturing fine particles is obvious.

With the filter bag of deep overacting mechanism, dust is easy to be embedded in the deep layer of filter material. The filter material under the action of the initial layer of dust improves the filtration performance, but also increases the power loss of the system. Therefore, the cohesive force of dust on the surface of the filter material is greatly increased, and the cleaning and regeneration process requires a stronger reverse force. Taking the pulse cleaning method as an example, the cleaning air and pressure of deep filter material are significantly higher than the other two types of filter material. In contrast, the surface filter and surface filter material has better filtering performance.

To sum up, the braided form of the filter bag is the main method to improve the filter technology of the bag.
