Different dust method for Dust Filter bags

The dust removal method of the dust collector is the main condition for selecting the type of dust collection bag. It can first decide whether the dust bag is woven, needle felt, compressed felt or dust bag.

1. Vibration cleaning

The property of this dust removal method is that the kinetic energy used for the dust removal layer is smaller than the kinetic energy of pulse blowing and reverse blowing, and it is a low energy consumption method for dust removal. The vibration wave propagation effect of soft woven fabric is better.

2. Anti-blowing (anti-absorption shrink bag) dust

This kind of dust removal method generally uses fabric dust bag, but it can also use light weight (300 ~ 400 g/m2), soft, and small size change felt material. Among them, glass fiber dust collection bags are the most used, most of which are used in large bag filters. The hoisting and sewing of the dust filter bag have certain requirements. If you do not pay attention, the service life of the dust filter bag will be greatly affected.

3. Pulse jet cleaning

The kinetic energy of the dust removal system applied to other dust layers by this method of dust removal is a typical teaching method for external dust removal. The dust removal force is very strong, and the dust removal bag yarn structure has a small amount of residual dust through the adhesion of a large amount of dust. The dust removal bag used is generally felt or needle felt. The instantaneous deformation of the dust removal filter bag under the action of pulse blowing has a great influence, and the resulting different stress changes greatly. Therefore, a filter material with strong resistance to tension must be used. There is often friction between the dust bag and the frame, so wear-resistant dust filter bags should be used, or you can choose to use a variety of fabric design dust bag.

4. Air ring spraying to remove dust

Because this kind of dust removal performance is quite good, the dust removal cloth bag is required to have good rigidity, small pores, and good wear resistance. In this way, when the blowing air ring reciprocates up and down, the dust removal cloth bag remains unchanged and will not fluff. Therefore, the use of felt or needle felt is restricted. And it requires thick, high-density felt. The cloth weight should generally be 600～800g/m2.

5. Pulsating back blow cleaning

The momentum of this method for dust is in the high-energy type and the low-energy type. This kind of ashes requires softness and a certain degree of rigidity.

When using fabric dust bag, satin and twill fabrics are suitable, but from the aspects of dust removal efficiency, filtration speed, bone abrasion resistance, etc., needle felt is suitable. Choose needle felt with a weight of 300~600g/m2 . Woven fabrics are rarely used, and various surface treatments are applied if necessary.

6. Reverse blower-vibration cleaning

The dust removal kinetic energy acting on the dust layer is of low energy type. In the early stage, cloth bag filtration is mainly used. At present, the main reason for needle felt is to increase the filtration speed. Needle felt requires a cloth weight of 280-350g/m2, a thickness of 1.0-1.3 mm and good air permeability.

In the sewing and installation of the dust bag, we usually tighten the dust filter bag to prevent it from stretching during the filtration process, because when the dust filter bag is stretched to about 2%, the dust removal effect becomes worse, so we will consider Technical conditions for preventing the stretching of the dust removal filter bag during the forming process of the dust removal cloth bag (filter bag).
