Precautions for baghouse filter bags 

I. The filter bag should not be hung too loosely or too tightly; too loose and easy to accumulate dust, and too tight to be easily damaged.

II. The new and old filter bags should not be mixed to avoid the difference in damage time from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

III. The replaced filter bag should be blown clean with compressed air first, and then checked for any holes. After the holes are repaired, they are reserved for replacement.
