In the dust collector system, the air leakage of the process equipment, such as the closed ash discharge valve of the discharge port of the ball mill, the air leakage of the closed ash discharge valve under the dust collector, and the joint of the pipe flange, are often ignored by maintenance and management personnel. , Adding unnecessary air leakage, worsening the operating premise of the bag filter.
4. Do a good job of heat preservation and rain protection for dust collectors, pipelines, etc. everywhere. The heat preservation method proved by theory can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag filter very small, which is a useful way to avoid condensation.
