Blocked, resulting in a dust removal effect, so that the pressure drop of the dust collector is too large, and it cannot operate continuously, and some paste bags cannot remove dust.

There are several ways to avoid condensation of dust removal equipment:

1. Adding raw material storage sheds. In the production of cement, various raw materials, fuels and miscellaneous materials have different water content. If they are placed in a fixed shed and avoid rain, the water content of the material can be greatly reduced. This is a useful way to reduce the water content of the material. In the cement plant in the south of my country, this situation is more popular, but some of the material storage sheds are too small, and some are not. Therefore, the application of the bag pulse dust collector has formed an inevitable difficulty.

2. The dust-containing gas should be evenly distributed in the dust collector to avoid the occurrence of eddy currents in the corners, which will reduce the amount of gas passing by here and cause condensation problems.

3. Reduce air leakage. The air leakage of the local cracks of the dust collector body, the air leakage of the bag filter body should be controlled below 3.5%. In the dust collector system, the air leakage of the process equipment, such as the closed ash discharge valve of the discharge port of the ball mill, the air leakage of the closed ash discharge valve under the dust collector, and the joint of the pipe flange, are often ignored by maintenance and management personnel. , Adding unnecessary air leakage, worsening the operating premise of the bag filter.

4. Do a good job of heat preservation and rain protection for dust collectors, pipelines, etc. everywhere. The heat preservation method proved by theory can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag filter very small, which is a useful way to avoid condensation.
