1, Dust Filter bag operation principle:
When the dust gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured and collected in the outer appearance of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material. The cage frame inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag, avoid the depression of the filter bag, and it helps to remove the dust cake and distribute from scratch.
2, Dust Filter bag process requirements:
Dust bag fabric and planning should be as far as possible to pursue efficient filtration, easy dust stripping and durable effect. The selection of dust bag is very important, it directly affects the dust removal effect of the dust collector, choose the dust bag from the following aspects: the temperature of the gas, humidity and chemistry, particle size, dust concentration, filter wind speed, dust method and other elements.
Commonly used materials are divided into the following 8 kinds:
1, Acrylic Dust Filter bag
Acrylic needle felt, the chemical name of polyacrylonitrile, with it as material by needle felt, through special water repellent treatment and then get acrylic medium temperature anti-hydrolysis needle filter felt. The air permeability of the dust bag is 14M3/M2·min@200Pa, the instantaneous operating temperature is 140℃, and the normal operation is 120℃. Needle felt with acrylic machine woven fabric as the base fabric to enhance vertical and horizontal strength. It has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is widely used in dust collection of flue gas such as asphalt, desiccator, coal mill and sintering machine in power plant.
2, PPS dust filter bag
PPS needle felt is a kind of filter data made of PPS fiber (polyphenylene sulfide) by three-dimensional acupuncture, which can be used at a temperature of about 160℃ for a long time. PPS fiber is also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber, because of its special molecular structure, and has good chemical stability and strength intact characteristics, in the flue gas environment with high sulfur effect is particularly prominent, suitable for coal-fired boilers, electricity, waste combustion and other high acid flue gas filtration environment.
3. Aramid filter bag
Aramid fiber (commonly known as aromatic polyamide fiber), long time temperature resistance of 204℃, instant temperature resistance of 240℃, alkali resistance function is strong, acid resistance function is medium, is the treatment of 180~220℃ high temperature gas excellent data. Arylon needle filter material, widely used in steel, cement, electric power, chemical industry and other operations, is a kind of ambitious flue gas dust removal filtration data.
4, P84 high temperature dust bag
P84 needled felt is made of three-dimensional needled P84 fiber. P84 fiber (namely polyamide fiber) has good function of high temperature resistance, high temperature resistance up to 260℃, and the section of P84 fiber is non-standard leaf-shaped, which can greatly improve the filtration effect. The fiber itself has certain hydrolysis resistance and oxidation resistance. The product has good temperature resistance and good filtration effect, and is widely used in messy working conditions such as concrete mixing, cement, waste combustion and coal-fired boilers.
5, PTFE dust filter bag
PTFE needle felt is a filter material made of PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene fiber) by three dimensional needle. PTFE fiber is a macromolecular linear structure, so it has strong temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical stability resistance, widely used in steel, electricity, waste combustion and other harsh flue gas filtration environment.
6. Glass fiber filter bag
The filter material is a kind of reasonable structure, good function of high temperature filter material. It not only has the advantages of glass fiber fabric high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stable specification, minimal elongation and shortening rate, high strength, but also the felt fiber bearing single fiber, three-dimensional microporous structure, high porosity, low resistance to gas filtration, is a relatively high-speed and efficient high temperature filtration data. Compared with other high temperature resistant chemical fiber felt, it has the special benefits of low price, low operation resistance, high filtration accuracy and high temperature resistance. Suitable for high temperature flue gas filtration in steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, chemical industry and so on.
