Its application field is high temperature, which is characterized by a large amount of smoke.

Mainly used for dust removal of flue gas in industrial boilers, fluidized bed boilers, kilns, and thermal power plant boilers. The temperature of this kind of smoke is generally high, and the temperature when it enters the dust collector is generally between 100-300. Therefore, the high temperature performance of general chemical fibers will be affected here, so it is very necessary to choose high temperature resistant fiber materials as filter materials.

(2) Acid gas corrosion. When burning high-sulfur coal, the concentration of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas except the FT filter dust bag, other chemical fiber materials will be corroded and damaged, thereby shortening its service life.

(3) Oxidation of flue gas. The smoke has an oxidizing effect on the dust bag. Because the oxygen in the air accounts for 21%, the smoke temperature is very high, and the dust bag will be greatly affected during work. For this reason, use P84 polyimide materials as filter materials, such as P84 polyimide materials as filter materials for dust collectors.

(4) Moisture in the flue gas. The dust collector should be light, easy to install, and easy to maintain. The quality of the dust collector directly affects the filtering status and service life of the filter bag. When the dust content of the flue gas exceeds 25%, the sticky bag will be blocked. If the hydrolysis capacity of the material is not strong, the hydrolysis will also damage the filter material.
