How to install the air dust filter bag

1. Install correctly

 Install correctly and carefully. It is strictly forbidden to cause dust leakage due to improper installation of the flower plate or the inside of the filter bag. The double anti-dust filter bag is strictly forbidden to cause secondary pollution if the inside of the dust filter bag is installed.

(1) The bag mouth and the flower plate mouth should be reliably sealed and fixed.

(2) The dust filter bag is suspended vertically under the perforated plate.

(3) Adjacent dust collection bags do not collide with each other.

(4) The dust filter bag and the frame are matched correctly, and the frame conforms to the national standard.

(5) When replacing the filter cloth bag, ensure that the flower plate is effectively cleaned.

2 Installation method of inner filter dust filter bag

(1) The upper end of the dust removal cloth bag is equipped with a bag cap and is hung on the crossbeam of the dust collector through a hanging device. The lower end of the bag and the flower plate should be reliably sealed and fixed.

(2) The tension of the filter bag installation should be adjusted to reach the specified value, so that the filter bag will not loosen or fall off during filtering and back-blowing, and adjust it once in use.

(3) The fittings (anti-collapsing ring) in the filter bag are matched correctly, and all fittings should not have burrs or breaks.

3. Runtime inspection

To achieve reliable and effective dust removal, when the filter bag is in use, the dust-receiving area gradually increases and the pressure difference rises. Effective dust removal and isolation of dust should be used to keep the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag within the set range, which is too large. The cleaning pressure of the cleaning pressure will greatly reduce the service life of the filter bag.

4 preventive measures

To prevent sudden abnormal situations, when the bag filter is in operation, prevent sudden abnormal situations, such as sudden increase in gas temperature, entry of corrosive gas, sudden decrease of gas temperature below the dew point, etc., to avoid temperature, humidity, chemical corrosion Factors such as resistance, mechanical abrasion or impact are beyond the filter bag’s bearing range and are damaged.

5 Equipment maintenance

If the dust filter bag is damaged, it should be found and replaced in time, and the pressure difference of the bag filter, the working condition of the dust removal system, the change of the process conditions, etc. should be observed frequently. If there is an unexpected situation, the fault should be eliminated in time and the bag filter should be adjusted. The working status of the device to ensure the smooth progress of production.
